In NLP session, client is examining his/hers beliefs, values, capabilities, and behaviors around certain area of  life. 

In our session, will explore your own PROGRAMMING - your persistent patterns of behavior, both effective an ineffective, that you've learned and repeat. Then, we will use a psychological technology to eliminate the problems quickly by re-wiring any past detrimental Neuro pathways of thought patterns and behaviors and help you create new ones that lead to greater happiness and well being. The new behavior is installed deep on the cellular level and feels very natural to the client.

 NLP Sessions or Success Coaching available:

  • Get Rid of Phobia (flying, heights, spiders, snakes, etc.)

  • Release Anxiety

  • Remove Cat or Dog Allergies

  • No more Slave of the Past - rewrite your personal history

  • Release Trauma/PTSD

  • Get rid of your Stage Fright

  • Build Confidence/ Decision Making

  • Remove Old/Bad Habits and Install New/Positive

  • Stop Compulsive Behavior such as Eating or Buying or Hoarding

  • Personal Breakthrough Session (super charged intensive one day - 8 hr or two days - 4 hr session)

 

Difference between Coaching session and NLP session:

NLP session:

We work on specific problem or outcome.

You get help to get from point A to point B subconsciously and effortlessly.

We will work on  behavior that needs to change. The behaviour that  needs to either stop or start doing. 

After NLP session, You will almost compulsively do what you're suppose to do.  

In NLP session, we isolate the pattern language or behavior.

A complete NLP breakthrough could take 2 – 8 hr (depending on the problem, client's willingness to change and finishing the sequence of sessions)

2 hours is a  minimum time to jump start the session

NLP session comes in 3 parts:

  • Part 1- free consultation – 30 min to go over your outcome and to set up session for success

  • Part 2 - Session (or # of sessions) in person or over the skype = total breakthrough!

  • Part 3 - Three Follow up sessions =  to get client back on track if any setbacks appear and to clarify your results. the First follow up session is in 7 days, the second in 30 days and the third in 90 days after finishing the actual breakthrough; The Follow up session is as long as needs to be - from 15 min to 90 min. 

Be aware: once removing one layer of the problem, another layer might appear - new problems might come up to the surface. Like peeling an onion, we remove one layer after another. If new problem appears, we focus on that in new NLP session.

 

Coaching session: 

Coaching session is about accountability and  continuum of forward momentum. and dealing with some roadblocks on the way.

Coaching session includes 30 - 60 min call for 6 weeks once a week or every 2 weeks. (TBD)

Setting goals, setting action plan and some form of accountability to keep client to the plan.

Coaching sessions are done in person or over the phone or Skype, text or email.

Coaching sessions are all about client's actions in between NLP sessions.

Coaching packages are 3 months to 6 mo to start with. 30 – 60 min call time.

1. What is the outcome you would like to achieve from us working together?

2. If you could identify one thing that has been keeping you from having that outcome, what do you think it would be possible?

3. How will you know when you  have the outcome you want? (What will you see, hear, feel or experience to be absolutely certain that you have it?) 

 


Bernie Siegel, M.D., a surgeon and professor at Yale University, describes some of the benefits of meditation: ”It tends to lower or normalized blood pressure, pulse rate, and the levels of stress hormones in the blood. It produces changes in brain-wave patterns, showing less excitability…. Meditation also rises the pain threshold and reduces one’s biological age… In short, it reduces wear and tear on both body and mind, helping people live better and longer.”

MEDITATE

I can't stress enough to my clients to LEARN HOW TO MEDITATE. Even quick 10 minutes a day. Your mind is a powerful beast and without a proper training it will run you and ruin you. Like any powerful tool, YOUR MIND, in order to serve you, you need the proper manual and then practice and practice and practice because, in fact, YOU CAN'T AFFORD NOT TO!
